1World Co. Ltd.’s Practices & Commitments in Consideration of COVID-19
1World Co. Ltd. highly values the health, safety and well-being of our employees, clients, contacts, and colleagues. When circumstances such as the COVID-19 outbreak arise, it is incumbent on us to take appropriate measures in conjunction with those values.
CURRENT BUSINESS OPERATIONS:
In accordance with current recommendations of health authorities as to social distancing and limiting time outside of the home unless necessary, and to ensure the safety of all our people and to prevent the spread of COVID-19, our offices will be closed to the public beginning March 13, 2020 until further notice.
We will be available to take and respond to your calls and emails during normal business hours, i.e. between 10:00 – 17:00, Monday through Friday. Courier staff are asked to call our LINE / WhatsApp number upon arrival at 0804899709 and one of our helpful security staff will ensure that deliveries are handled in a practical and safe manner.
Our core team members will be working from home and will be available remotely during the office hours. We have technology in place to ensure that information flow and data are readily and securely available to them. By modifying our operations and working remotely, our teams will continue to be able to serve our clients with little to no interruption.
CONTINUITY PLANNING:
Given the importance of providing uninterrupted service to our clients, we also have further contingency plans in place should the COVID-19 outbreak result in the need to close our office generally. These include additional measures enabling us to work remotely and continuity plans for our forthcoming clients in the Kingdom of Thailand With these plans in place, we remain committed to providing our clients with the advice and service that they expect and rely on us to provide throughout this situation.
